Service Description

* New dates announced soon* In this monthly one-hour drop-in class, we'll practice steadying our minds and opening our hearts. We'll explore basic mindfulness meditation techniques and complimentary practices of compassion, lovingkindness, forgiveness and equanimity. This class will primarily consist of a "long sit" (45 min) and a short question and answer period to support your practice. Beginners and folx who have an established practice who wish to be in community are welcome and all bodies are welcome. This class will meet every four weeks on Sunday evenings from 7:00 - 8:00 pm pst.
