"The only way to survive is by taking care of one another." - Grace Lee Boggs

In the spirit of reciprocity and tradition, classes offered here are gifted to the community.  In return, you are invited, if you are moved and are able, to offer a gift of reciprocity.  All are welcome to participate and practice regardless of ability to pay.  Trusting that in a collective container where some who have financial privilege will provide a larger financial gift, some will be able to make a small financial gift sometimes and not other times, and knowing that some are using all of their financial resources to meet basic needs, we can work together to build a community of practice that is rooted in the value of relationship and cultivation of generosity.  This practice of community finds richness and balance in inviting and appreciating everyone's presence and offerings.

To support a continuous circle of reciprocity, a portion of all gifts received will be re-gifted to my primary teachers, Kamala and Sean, who have always lovingly offered their teaching and guidance through the ancient Buddhist practice of free giving called dana (generosity).  Some portion of these gifts will also be passed to Buddhist monastics and monastic communities that sustain the ancient lineage traditions as well as teachers and healers working at the intersections of racial/social justice and spirituality.
